Blaise has been training me on and off for 5 years. This year we have finally worked on establishing consistency in my routine. In doing so, she has brought me my confidence back, and has helped me through injuries and pain to regain my strength. She has become more than a trainer she is a trusted friend and I would recommend her to anyone.
